Step 2: Package Your Return

Ensure your return items meet our guidelines:

• All items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
• Footwear returns must include the original box, protected with an outer layer.
• Bodysuits, socks, and underwear can't be returned if removed from their original packaging.

Step 3: Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your return, we'll promptly process your requested refund. You'll receive a confirmation of your refund via email/SMS.

Return Policy

You have up to 14 days from receipt to return items in their original, resalable condition. Please note that the refund won't include the original postage and packaging cost. Exchanges are no longer accepted.

International Returns

For international returns, ensure you use a tracking service such as UPS or DHL for a secure return process. Additional costs may apply for international returns.

• For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, socks, and underwear can't be returned if removed from their original packaging.
• Footwear boxes are part of the product; damage may result in the return being refused.
• All return packages must be sent with a trackable, insured service. We can't take responsibility for lost or damaged items during transit.
• Please ensure the enclosed returns form accompanies your return items; failure to do so may delay processing.

Processing Your Return

After receiving your items at the CH4RGE IT warehouse in London, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund before the funds are returned to your account. Rest assured, we'll notify you once your refund has been processed.
